General Sales Manager - Automotive
This General Sales Manager must be an all-in, full team player. This store participates in a 20 group and measures its success against industry standards and benchmarks.
Will consider a highly experienced sales manager who is ready for the next step up in responsibility.
This store works with traditional prime and subprime business, so subprime experience is highly desired.
Job Duties may include:
- Ability to train the team and keep the team motivated and focused on goals.
- Manage inventory levels and work to ensure inventory is ready to retail..
- Ability to desk both Prime and Subprime deals when necessary.
- Appraise trade in's
- Establish monthly variable operations goals
- Lead, manage and hold team accountable to store culture
- Strive for industry performance benchmarks
- Conduct on-going training for team
- Work to make sure all opportunities are explored with every customer
Skills Need to Succeed:
- Proven track record in sales and finance
- Positive attitude to work with all customers
- Prior Special Finance/Subprime experience
- Outstanding closing skills
- Motivated to achieve individual goals as well as lead team to achieve goals
- Ability to coach and train sales personnel to maximize every lead opportunity.
