Description

Auto dealership is looking for a true leader to oversee their variable ops team. Must be an all- in, full team player. This store has an outstanding Business Development Center and a great variable operations team.

Job Duties may include:

  • Manage three desk managers and three team leaders,
  • Help oversee F&I dept and 15-20 sales associates as needed.
  • Ability to train the team and keep the team motivated and focused on goals.
  • Manage inventory levels and work with Service Manager on Recon of inventory.
  • Ability to desk both Prime and SubPrime deals when necessary.
  • Appraise trade in's
  • Establish monthly variable operations goals
  • Lead, Manage and hold team accountable to store culture
  • Strive for industry performance benchmarks
  • Promote on-going training
  • Working with finance team to ensure dealership goals are met
  • Working to make sure all opportunities are explored with every customer

Skills Need to Succeed:

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Positive attitude to work with customers with damaged credit
  • Prior Special Finance/Subprime experience preferred
  • Outstanding closing skills
  • Motivated to achieve individual goals as well as lead team to achieve goals
  • Ability to coach and train sales personnel to maximize every lead opportunity.

VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED

MUST HAVE 4 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE GSM EXPERIENCE AND OUTSTANDING REFERENCES INSIDE THE AUTO INDUSTRY!
