Description

Are you a seasoned sales and desk manager with a verifiable track record? If you love closing a deal, structuring it properly and making sure the customer has a great experience, we need to talk. Family owned new car dealer is looking for someone who loves to work the full spectrum of financing. Must enjoy working with the 500 credit score customer just as much as the 800 credit score customers.

You will be joining a team with state of the art tools and a support system to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises and Manages sales team to ensure sales process is followed.

• Must have thorough knowledge of finance company programs.

• Be proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.

• Be able to read and quickly evaluate consumer credit and match with appropriate inventory and finance companies

• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to finance companies for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.

• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.

• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.

• Ensures that all deal packages submitted with complete and proper documentation to finance source.

• Ensures that sales team updates customer data as required in CRM system

• Accurately audits team deals and Bookout sheets Post-Sale

• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

• Strictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core values

All applicants will be expected to take a baseline finance skills assessment.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Automotive Sales: 1 year minimum
  • Automotive Finance: 3 year
  • Special Finance (subprime): 1 year
