Mad City Mitsubishi has created a new position due to phenomenal growth. This position will allow the right sales manager to utilize all their skills while earning an exceptional income. You will not be distracted by a bunch of duties unrelated to your core strengths; instead, you will spend the majority of your time involved in the sales process.

This store is dedicated to generating a high volume of traffic through effective marketing strategies and an outstanding Business Development Center.

Job Duties may include:

• Covering for the General Sales Manager in his absence
• Handling overflow of General Sales Manager duties when customer volume peaks
• Working with sales team members to ensure proper handling of all dealership customers
• Working with customers to answer questions about our sales process and overcome objections
• Working with finance team to ensure dealership goals are met
• Working to make sure all opportunities are explored with every customer

 
Skills Need to Succeed:

• Proven track record in sales
• Positive attitude to work with customers with damaged credit
• Prior Special Finance/Subprime experience preferred
• Outstanding closing skills
• Motivated to achieve individual goals as well as contribute to team goals
• Ability to coach and train sales personnel to maximize every lead opportunity.
