This store is looking for that strong closer who knows how to work cooperatively with the sales team. It's not about the units, it's about making the most of every deal that crosses the desk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises and manages sales team to ensure sales process is followed.

• Be proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.

• Be able to read and quickly evaluate consumer credit as needed

• Take turnovers and effectively close deals.

• Must have Special Finance/Subprime Desk Experience.

• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.

• Ensures that sales team updates customer data as required in CRM system

• Strictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core values

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Automotive Sales: 1 year minimum
• Automotive Sales Management or Finance: 3 year
