We are growing again - Our Evansville office is looking to add another Talent and Recruiting Manager. Will consider part-time or full-time employment. The Recruiter will work to identify strong candidates and move them through the hiring process. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening quality candidates.

Job responsibilities include:

• Understand the position needs and determine the best strategies for identifying top candidates.
• Manage jobs through the applicant tracking system
• Review applicants to determine and update appropriate status using the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct searches within applicant system and other recruiting sites to source strong candidates. Conduct warm and cold calls as needed.
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates, research candidates and make recommendations.
• Follow up on candidates that have been forwarded for consideration.
• Conduct Follow up calls with hired
• Make outbound calls to engage more positions
• 10% of hours worked may be outside of regular business hours, accommodating candidate interviews or skill assessments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is REQUIRED in HR field - 2 yrs or more preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well independently as well as a dedicated team member
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
