The qualified individual will be

• Detailed oriented & organized
• Disciplined in their work
• Be able to follow instruction and a proven process
• Have excellent math skills
• Ability to read reports and make assessment based on the report data
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of customers
• Retail experience is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable work history
• Track record on increasing responsibility
• Must be able to work on Saturdays
• Must be punctual
• Must embrace the use of technology and documenting your work
• Prior leadership experience is a plus
• Must be willing to learn from the ground up

Initial training program is a minimum of six month. But you can move through training as quickly as you can master the skills needed. Training compensation is $45,000 - $50,000 annually depending on experience and includes benefits. The fully trained individual meeting expectations and goals should earn $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
