Title:Accounting & Office Clerk
Position Location:Charlotte, NC

Busy automotive office in need of a bright individual to help with bookkeeping duties.This individual will be expected to communicate with vendors, department heads, other staff members to ensure data is accurate recorded into the accounting system.

This is a very busy but fantastic office environment to work in.


Monday - Friday

7:30-4:30 hours

Essential tasks of the position

  • Match POs to invoices.
  • Receive, review, and process invoices .
  • Code and post various documents to accounting.
  • Stock inventory into accounting system.
  • Provide backup to other accounting duties.


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent math and communication skills
  • Experienced skill set with Word and Excel
  • 6 yrs of verifiable job experience
  • Prior bookkeeping position or similar experience
  • Prior title experience will be given additional consideration.

Hourly wage based on experience and skills plus benefits.
