Appointment Setters for Busy Call Center

High energy automotive call center is seeking new faces to join them in the best place in Charlotte to work!

There is NO cold calling involved in this position, every person you communicate with has expressed interest in our services.

When we add to our team we provide all the training and tools needed to succeed. If you are upbeat , have a friendly voice and want to earn what you are worth you need to apply now! NO sales experience is needed!

You will be expected to talk positively to customers and set appointments so they can drive home in their new vehicle. You must be able to actively listen and respond appropriately to all incoming calls.

Must be willing to follow our proven process for success.

Must be available for work on Friday and Saturday.

Multiple schedules available - 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be expected to set and achieve goals in the number of calls, contacts, and appts set. Your performance will be measured by several factors including appointments that show.

You will be expected to keep good records and use all technology provided to do the job effectively and efficiently.

You must enjoy achieving personal goals as well as contributing to the team goals each day.

Qualifications and Skills

• Be positive!
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 4 years of verifiable employment.
• Must accept constructive criticism and feedback and use it to improve performance.
• This position does you to be able to sit for extended periods of time and be on the phone extended period of time
• This position requires looking at a computer screen for extended periods of time
