On this team everyone is treated like family, where everyone is willing to do any job in the store to ensure success for the team. We are looking for a highly responsible, energetic individual who is willing to learn and is excellent at communicating with customers.

Monday-Saturday schedule with one day off. Closed on Sunday

Some of the Responsibilities of this role:

• Assist in underwriting & compliance
• Ability to take sales TOs as needed to assist with closing sales
• Assist with collections as needed
• Ensure all customer records are properly maintained and customers are contacted regularly
• Assist with service work coordination
• Assist with repossession process as needed
• Assist with training and coaching of the sales team, ensuring their sales and phone skills are at peak performance at all times.
• Assist with lot merchandizing and upkeep
• Ability to lead and build a strong team.

You will learn to be a jack of all trades in this store so that the team knows who they can rely on when the owner is away from the store.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of verifiable job history
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be very organized
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Prior Underwriting or Collection Experience in any industry a plus
• Valid driver's license is REQUIRED

Salary plus commission after training period.
