Local business looking for an experienced accounting and office manager.

Job Responsibilities to Include:
• Ensure daily processing of deposits
• Daily reconciliations of various schedules
• Post daily sales transactions
• Review timesheets and prep payroll for processing\
• Review service purchases and valididate POs
• Manage and safeguard assets and ensure proper financial reporting controls
• Ensure all office equipment is operational and all needed supplies are on hand for the business

• Accounting degree or equivalent experience
• 3 + years’ minimum experience in accounting position required
• Excellent analytic abilities
• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills
• A valid driver’s license.
