If you love engaging with customers, managing a sales team and closing deals, this position is the one you are looking for.
You will be responsible for the successful execution of the dealership sales process and maintaining the proper closing ratio.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales team
  • Structure deals for maximum profitability based on 4 square process
  • Work with sales team to improve sales process and closing abilities
  • Ability to take sales TOs as needed to assist with closing
  • Ensure all sales team members are executing duties including making calls and logging all activity in CRM
  • Perform weekly one on ones with sales team members
  • Update the CRM ensuring the logging every showroom visitors
  • Assist with back up F&I duties as needed.
  • Train sales personnel on new programs and any stip changes
  • Ensure every demo and test drive is completed in accordance with dealership policy

Qualifications:

  • Three years automotive or sales management experience
  • Subprime experience preferred but not required
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to close a deal
  • Valid driver's license
