Large Independent auto dealer looking to add an energetic sales manager/ closer to their team. This high energy store, wants a passionate person to help get the sales team and customer excited about the car buying experience. The ideal candidate is one that can connect quickly to customers and brings fun and excitement to the store while still being professional. To join this team, you must have trained and led a successful team in the past, but it didn’t have to be in automotive.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide enthusiastic leadership to help shape employees' attitudes and build morale

· Ensure every customer who visits the dealership is greeted and provided the same opportunity to purchase.

· Work with the sales team to ensure a consistent sales process is followed

· Provide constant training and coaching for the sales team

· Respond to any customer concerns before, during, and after the sale to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within the dealership expectations

· Take direction GSM or finance managers to optimize customer opportunities

· Work with the sales team to build social media opportunities -videos, photos

· Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

· Ensure that the sales team updates customer data as required in CRM

· Ensure the sales team collects all stips in a timely manner

· Strictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core values

· Finance experience is not required but is a plus

Qualifications and Skills

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Prior management experience required

· Sales experience – 3-5 years preferred

· Outstanding ability to close deals

· Valid Driver’s license
