Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee activities of the Sales Department.
  • Formulates sales goals, plan of action and ensure execution of those plans and goals
  • Hire and train the sales team
  • Desking and evaluating credit - prime & subprime
  • Plan and execute marketing
  • Manage day to day operations of the dealership
  • Encourage, engage and motivate all team members
  • Appraise trades
  • Ensure inventory is reconditioned to standards and ready for sale

What are the job requirements?

  • 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or prior GSM role.
  • Solid verifiable employment
  • Must enjoy working with customers of all credit levels
  • Proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Desking talent & ability to maximize profits in every transaction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation/closing skills.
