This position will be a key performer in the organization. The Customer Service team is responsible for making outbound calls to customer who want to do business the company. THIS IS NOT A COLD CALLING POSITION!

You will be expected to make a large volume of outbound calls to set appointments with customers that have expressed an interested in our products. You will be expected to follow-up with them via telephone, email and text following our procedures.

As the manager of this department you will also be expected to train other customer service staff to do the same. As the manager you will also be responsible managing the department as well ensure all required reporting is completed in a timely manner and submitted to the General Manager or other designated individuals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Follow direction in showcasing company products and options
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Train and manage others in the department
  • Ensure all reporting is completed in a timely manner
  • Be professional in dress and manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer skills

• Ability to prioritize effectively; strong organizational skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• High school education or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS:

2 yrs experience in a training or management role

1 yr prior customer service role or outbound call center experience.

Base Salary plus bonus eligibility from day one.
