National Dealer Development Manager - F&I

In search of a confident, skilled trainer with a strong understanding of finance and insurance products to join the team as a Dealer Development Manager.

You will be responsible for meeting with auto, RV and motorsports dealerships to sale and service finance and insurance products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive F&I office with some management experience. This individual will be able to assist customers in increasing F&I PVR, product penetrations, and CSI. This person must be well versed in F&I training and will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Extensive travel is required, up to 3 weeks per month. Relocation is not required.

Responsibilities to Include:

  • Travel to dealerships to showcase products and train personnel
  • Develop and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
  • Provide support to dealership F&I Directors
  • Train and develop both seasoned and inexperienced F&I managers
  • Train and manage F&I menu and reporting
  • Monitor and maintain compliance program
  • Possess and communicate in-depth product knowledge

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ retail automotive experience as F&I Manager
  • 2+ years’ GSM experience or 4 years’ Sales Manager experience
  • Proven experience in training individuals and groups
  • Computer skills (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Experience with multiple dealer DMS is preferred.

 

Compensation is $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience plus commission and full benefits package including travel expenses.
