On this team, everyone is treated like family, where everyone is willing to do any job in the store to ensure success for the team. We are looking for a highly responsible, energetic individual who is willing to learn and is excellent at communicating with customers.

Monday-Saturday schedule with one day off. NO Sunday work!

Some of the Responsibilities of this role:

• Assist with sales
• Assist in underwriting & compliance
• Assist with collections as needed
• Assist with service work coordination
• Assist with training and coaching of the sales team

Assist with merchandising and upkeep

• Ability to lead and build a strong team.

You will learn to be a jack of all trades in this store so that the team knows who they can rely on when the owner or general manager is away from the store.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of verifiable job history
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be very organized
• Leadership experience
• Exceptional software skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Prior collection experience in any industry a plus
• Valid driver's license is REQUIRED

Salary throughout the training period, with a considerable salary increase upon completion of the training program.
