Job Duties may include:
- Running the day to day operations of the franchise.
- Setting goals for each department and helping them achieve them.
- Working with team members to ensure proper handling of all dealership customers
- Ensuring proper execution on dealership policies and procedures.
- Continue building loyal customers to expand repeat and referral base
- Work to make sure all opportunities are explored with every customer.
- Working effectively with the service department to ensure both internal and external customers are handled properly.
- Ensuring factory mandates are met
- Ensuring a factory programs are utilized to the fullest extent.
- Ensuring all team members are current on any and all franchise training/certification required.
- Ability to review data and make business decisions based on facts.
Skills Need to Succeed:
- Stable employment history
- Must know fixed operations
- Must have prior Special Finance/Subprime experience
- Proven track record in management
- Prior GM experience or an extended period as a GSM
- Positive attitude to work with customers with damaged credit
- Ability to coach departmental teams to achieve goals
